Irish Gin - World's Best Gin (2019)

Dingle Original Gin was created through extensive research and experimentation to craft a truly unique gin within the traditional London dry gin style. Our meticulous selection of botanicals, including rowan berry, fuchsia, bog myrtle, hawthorn, and heather, reflects the landscape of Kerry and contributes to the gin's distinct flavor profile.

The botanicals are macerated in spirit for 24 hours and distilled through a flavor basket for added detail. Dingle Original Gin is then cut to 42.5% ABV with pure water sourced from our own well, enhancing its sense of place and provenance.

The result is a fabulously fresh, floral gin that perfectly balances juniper, as noted by Peter Mosley. He recommends trying it for yourself to truly appreciate its unique character.
